All staff are personally interviewed and two references are checked before work is allocated.
All staff undergo an enhanced level disclosure CRB and P.O.V.A check through the Criminal Record Bureau.
Qualified nurse’s pin numbers are checked with the NMC.
We supply experienced staff that are up to date with training.
All staff have photo ID badges which contains their photo and signature.
Confidentiality is maintained at all times by all Aylecare employees.
We are members of the federation of Small Businesses.
All staff are covered by Employers Liability Insurance.
Aylecare Nursing Services Ltd is registered with The Care and Social Services Inspectorate Wales.
Fully itemised weekly invoices.
We have all grades of staff available for Care Homes, Residential Homes, Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabled, and Challenging Behaviour.
